Production Update! #2

Hi Everyone,
Production is still on schedule to be completed end of December. Everything is moving along smoothly, and here is a sneak peek of the cases!
Machining for all 21,000 cases is now complete, along with all the beautiful hand finishes and plating. Please keep in mind that with so many orders to fulfill we are still too early in production to determine an exact delivery date. We will continue to keep everyone updated if there are any changes to the current timeline.
All the survey orders are now locked on Backerkit, however you will still be able to update your shipping address at anytime until the end of November using this link:

Hi Everyone,
Production is running smoothly and we are still on schedule to be completed mid-December! Once production is complete the watches will go through final quality control and will be ready to start shipping. We will continue to keep you updated if there are any changes to the current timeline.

Hi Everyone,
Happy Friday! We've just now sent out the survey to 1000 backers as a test. We want to receive feedback and make sure everything is running smoothly before sending it out to the rest of you on Monday.
On Monday, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey within 7 days since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://xeric-nasa-trappist1.backerkit.com.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact Support at https://xeric-nasa-trappist1.backerkit.com/faq.

Final survey is almost ready!

Hi Everyone!
We are currently setting up the final survey and we will update you once it is ready to send out. We expect it to be ready sometime between Friday, August 23 and Wednesday, August 28th. Thanks for your patience.
If you didn't get a chance to add a strap to your pledge or add $30 to get the Apollo 11 or Saturn V models, you will be able to do so in this survey. Also in the survey, you will provide us your shipping information, finalize your color selections, pick your free NATO strap, and grab any additional items (watches, straps, cases, etc) at exclusive Kickstarter backer pricing.
Kickstarter is currently wrapping up the payment processing. Any backer that was unable to resolve a payment issue, don't worry. You will still be able to remedy this in the final survey.
FRAUD ALERT
Some of you may have seen several scam ads on Instagram and Facebook. They have taken all our images directly from Kickstarter and are pretending to sell them on sites of their own and stealing unsuspecting customers money. Any site claiming to sell these other than Xeric.com and Watches.com are fraudulent. We had the same thing happen when our Halograph II campaign reached $700k+. Xeric is the only brand that will produce these watches and we just started production. These ads have already been reported by us and several other backers, but we could really use your help as well. Here's how you can report them.
